An Evening Of Shopping

Not long ago, I dashed into Kirkland’s in Chattanooga, to see what new merchandise was available. Seriously, I almost was speechless. The photo above shows just had beautifully displayed the K’s staff had arranged this store. They always do an exceptional job on their displays.

The birdcage pillows are “drop dead gorgeous”…don’t you agree?hwwk4shope

I really enjoyed my visit and am now enjoying my purchases. I’ll be back to show you what I bought and show the areas, that I chose to feature with the new beautiful items. If you haven’t been inside a Kirkland’s recently…well, it’s like a whole new store and I personally love the new items and the new display styles. It’s much easier to view the items you are interested in as the floor space is much better utilized. Yes, I’m loving the new look of Kirkland’s. Hope you go by for a visit and see what I saw.

Those who love the fleur de lis get ready. This is fabulous!

Recently, I’ve shared with you, that blue is returning as one of my most favorite colors. Are you enjoying it this season, too? Thank you very much for stopping by for a visit.

  4. Helen,

Yes, I agree with you. Kirkland’s has wonderful, unique home décor and furniture, especially now. I have also noticed that blue is really becoming popular… again. I love all shades from the robin egg blue to the ocean blue. I adore those birdcage pillows that you featured in your post! I can’t wait to see your future posts to see what you have purchased. For years, I have enjoyed your style of decorating and how inviting you make things look. Enjoy your new items. I’ll be watching for them.

  7. Helen, I have never been in a Kirkland’s…I have never heard of the store before, can you believe it? It does look lovely though, I can’t wait to see what you purchased! :)

    • Kim, I just checked the Kirkland’s store listings for your state and saw there are three. Hope one or all are near you. http://www.kirklands.com/custserv/locate_store.cmd Whoever edited the list of stores, must have decided North Carolina and North Dakota would come before states that start with New. You will be able to order online, I think. Look for floral arrangements in addition to pillows, etc. Lots of terrific things there this season. Let me know how you like it. You’re in for a real treat!
